Who we are
Myndauto is run by NDAI in Minot, North Dakota. These terms cover myndauto.com and the requests you send through it.
What Myndauto is
Myndauto is an index of vehicles for sale at North Dakota dealers. Myndauto is not a dealer. It never sells, brokers, or takes payment or deposits for a vehicle. Every vehicle is sold by the licensed dealer shown on its listing, and you buy it from that dealer.
Listings
Listings come from dealers’ websites and inventory feeds. The dealer sets the price and availability, and a vehicle can change or sell before the index catches up. Some photos are stock images; we label them when we can tell. Confirm the price, details and availability with the dealer before you travel.
A vehicle page is not a vehicle-history or condition report. The out-the-door estimate is an estimate; the dealer’s written out-the-door price is the one that counts.
Requests
Check Availability, Ask, Request a hold, Buy it, Find it for me and Sell my car are free. A person on the Myndauto team in Minot contacts the dealer for you and gets back to you. A hold request asks the dealer to hold the vehicle; only the dealer can grant it. Nothing is final until you sign with the dealer.
Contacting you
When you send a request, you let Myndauto and the dealer contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Consent is not required to buy a vehicle.
Dealer websites
Links to dealer websites leave Myndauto. Those sites are run by the dealers.

The Privacy Notice explains what Myndauto collects and who sees it.
